Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, a premier entertainment destination resort, offered a legendary entertainment and gaming experience with world class services and amenities.

 

Features of the property include three hotel towers with 1,504 guest rooms & suites (including eight spa villas and seven penthouse suites); 75,000 square feet of casino space; 110,000 square feet of flexible meeting and convention space; the world-famous Joint Music Hall; 30,000 square feet of spa & salon space; more than 20 food & beverage venues; and 8,000 square feet of retail space.

 

In 2011, we were engaged to manage all gaming and non-gaming operations at the resort by one of its lenders, who took over ownership that year when the property was in a financially distressed condition.   Under our management, the hotel/casino saw substantially improved earnings, allowing for a successful re-financing.   In late 2018, the hotel/casino was sold to JC Hospitality, who contracted with our team to operate the casino at the property under a space lease until it was closed for renovations.
