With direct experience in the design, development, and ongoing operation of 30 resort casinos, our executive team has proven expertise. From non-hotel casinos, to locals properties, to destination hotel casinos, to Four Diamond-designated resorts, Warner Gaming executives have managed complex projects in numerous jurisdictions. Our range of property management has included properties as large as 1,500 hotel rooms, 3,200 slots, 186 table games, a 4,200-seat showroom, and 14 trend-forward lounges. Our team has experience launching original dining and retail concepts, as well as leasing world-renown brands. Our outlets range from quick service to fine dining. Additionally, Warner Gaming is an industry leader in the poolside concert and “day life” concepts.

As manager of the world-famous Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Warner Gaming is proud of the Joint’s #1 ranking for live entertainment in Billboard Magazine, Rehab’s leadership position among Las Vegas pool parties, and its recently relaunched Backstage Pass player’s club.

Warner Gaming is also honored to be manager of “Platinum Choice Award”-winning Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort in Ruidoso, New Mexico, one of a select few properties to receive the designation from Smart Meetings magazine for 2011. Its nationally acclaimed golf course is ranked one of the Top 35 Courses by Golf Week Magazine, and rated 23rd out of 40 Casino Golf Courses by Golf Digest.

Warner Gaming executives also played a pivotal role in the design and development of the $1.2 billion Red Rock Casino Resort in Las Vegas, and have delivered aggressive margins and 70%+ penetration in locals and regional markets.
